2009 - 2010 MMHL Champions Decided during Weekend2010-03-28
After three days of exciting semifinal and championship games the 2009 - 2010 MMHL Champions were decided over the weekend at the St. Margaret's Bay arena complex.
The following teams are the 2009 -2010 MMHL Champions:
Atom Green Division - East Hants Penguins Black
Atom Gold Division - Bedford Ducks
PeeWee Green Division - Cole Harbour Senators
PeeWee Gold Division - Cole Harbour Canucks
Bantam Green Division - TASA Warriors
Bantam Gold Division - TASA Storm
Midget Green Division - Halifax Hawks
Midget Gold Division - Bedford Wings
Minor Junior - Bedford Blues
On behalf on the MMHL Executive I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the players, coaches, parents, on ice officials, timekeepers, our web master, arena workers, ice schedulers, Hockey Nova Scotia reps and above all the many volunteers who serve as MMHL Association representatives and those on the MMHL Executive committee for making this season a success. (If I missed anyone, I apologize.)
The MMHL had 85 teams playing over 1250 games throughout the 2009 - 2010 season. There is alot of work that goes on behind the scenes to make this happen and we very much appreciate everyone's contribution.
